The 106th Assembly District covers Legislative Council districts 1, 2, and 3-1. Secretary of the State
The Secretary of the State certified Chris as an official candidate shortly after the Democratic Caucus in 2010. The Legislation and Elections Administration Division ensures that candidates and municipalities are following state and federal voting regulations. State Elections Enforcement Commission (SEEC)
Chris Lyddy officially filed his paperwork with the SEEC on February 26, 2010. On July 6 Friends of Lyddy (Chris' official campaign committee) reached the fundraising requirements for candidates participating in the Citizens' Election Program.  Friends of Lyddy was awarded their grant at the July 14 SEEC meeting.  Chris and his committee will continue to abide by all state laws and election regulations.
